History

• 1941 – foundation of Uralplastic. Factory’s production – plastic
• 1959 – launch of the first in USSR workshop producing polyethylene films
• 1981 – launch of the first in USSR workshop producing polyamide films
• 2000 – establishment of the biggest in Russia facilities (300 tones) of producing modern films for lamination


• 2002 – URALPLASTIC is the first and the only one producer of foam polypropylene in Russia
• 2004 – 2007 – factory’s reconstruction
• 2007 – 2008 – rising of the rate of production, development of new products, restructuring of company’s organizational structure
• from 2009 – 2 new projects of company’s development jointly with RUSNANO and VTB
